Amongst all things, there’s an idea that our time here is finite. From the way the clouds shift, constantly moving, never permanently in place, to the changing of tides as they wash shells up on the shore. But what’s remarkable is how these things are connected in the most minute ways. What seems insignificant may in fact play a part in affecting the cycle and behaviour of another. These invisible hands of influence. Microscopic gears turning wheels. Everything’s a factor. Funny how something as distant as the moon can affect the tides, and how the tides affect the crustaceans, and how the crustaceans affect the fish, and the fish to the fishermen, to his business, to his family.
You’re a part of this tide. And we do what we do with the limited amount of time given, shaping clouds.
