I’ve made an entire solar system
Out of what ifs
That planet is where I would’ve asked you to stay that time when you said it was becoming too much
This Saturn-like planet is full of restaurants that only serve dinner, the night smells like coffee, the theatre only plays two kinds of movies, and everywhere is either your front door or my room
That small red moon is where I found out when to keep fighting and when to quit, where I knew better
And that dying star is full of train stations and waiting at train stations and giant clocks ticking backwards
A black hole floats where I wasn’t a plane ticket late to tell you
Or I wasn’t so lost at the time
It all orbits around my head.
